This show does two things: it covers the astrology of the week with the mythological depth the timekeeping practice of astrology deserves; and then we descend into whatever time-related topics the week is actually asking to explore. We’ve gone into desire, grief, rage, into how Caesar stole your lunar calendar and candy companies bought your November, into what New Orleans’ mud and maroon survival know about the future, and what Venus looked like before they took her teeth. The erotic timeline is more than a metaphor: it’s the kind of time your body never stopped keeping. This show is a slow spiral back to that.

Right now, Season One has closed. Between seasons this show still keeps time with weekly astrology episodes. We’re calling them the Ephemeris Series: astrology of the week that still goes mythologically deep. Season One is waiting in the feed.
