Coaching with me is about cultivating empowerment and personal responsibility while deepening alignment between your intentions, actions, and impact. I work from a trauma-informed perspective, drawing on Internal Family Systems, somatic integration, archetypal work, Relational-Cultural Theory, Narrative Therapy, and my lived experience. I meet you where you are—with warmth, curiosity, and playfulness. Together we will work to understand your desires and values, set realistic goals and action points that will move you toward your desires and values, and I will help you to stay accountable to your intentions.

Relationship coaching explores the ecology of your connection. Together, we look at the dynamics at play and support each person in developing responsibility and empowerment so the relationship itself can thrive and become mutually empowering. I offer this work for couples, triads, and polycules.

Astrology
Trained as an Evolutionary Astrologer, I have always offered astrology sessions in a highly narrative style. My distinctive style of reading blends mythology, folklore, abolitionist and queer/trans/Black feminist frameworks, and an orientation toward conversation with you, the person sitting in front of me. Astrology readings with me are oriented toward helping you cultivate relationally-informed empowerment, seeing your own story from fresh perspectives, and developing a better understanding of your unique mission on earth.

Unfortunately as a human with limited capacity, I can only offer Astrological Relationship Readings for two people at a time. In these sessions we explore the unique karmic narratives and bonds formed between two people—whether they are partners, friends, family, or collaborators. This session lasts 2.5 hours.

Coaching + Astrology: what’s the difference and can I do both?
Coaching builds an ongoing trust relationship wherein we work deeply and consistently over time. In these sessions I pay much attention to you and invite you to speak, consider, explore, and rearrange your inner world. In a coaching relationship we will work to understand your desires and values, set realistic goals and action points that will move you toward your desires and values, and I will help you to stay accountable to your intentions.
Astrology offers a concentrated download of insight and information in a single session. In these sessions, I do a lot more of the talking!
The two work together very well. If you’d like to integrate Astrology and Coaching, I recommend having 1–2 astrology sessions early on, then weaving what we learned from those Astrology sessions into our Coaching conversations moving forward. This is simply because the level of me-telling-you-stuff that occurs during an Astrology reading is not all the appropriate to the building of a healthy coaching relationship.
